Amphitheater Northwest Name Changed to Sunlight Supply Amphitheater

Amphitheater Northwest is proud to announce our new naming sponsor Sunlight Supply, Inc. and our new name, Sunlight Supply Amphitheater!

Founded in 1995 in Vancouver, Washington, Sunlight Supply, Inc. is a manufacturer and distributor of specialty gardening supplies. A community-minded company and the world’s leading supplier of over 5,000 products for indoor, outdoor, organic and greenhouse gardening, Sunlight Supply currently employees 265 people in Southwest Washington and more than 460 nationally.

Amphitheater Northwest, previously known as Sleep Country Amphitheater, began the naming search in December when Sleep Country was purchased by Sleep Train.

Kathy Russo, Director of Sales for Amphitheater Northwest shared, “It was important to us that our naming sponsor has strong ties to our local community. Sunlight Supply is an ideal fit for the Amphitheater. Sunlight Supply’s goal to use the Amphitheater sponsorship, in part, to help local
non-profit organizations, mirrors our vision and continuing efforts to do the same.”

Located on I-5 at Ridgefield, Washington, just north of Vancouver, Amphitheater Northwest has served the Portland/Vancouver market for 12 years. As a state of the art outdoor music venue, Amphitheater Northwest hosts top live entertainment. This year’s lineup included: Tim McGraw,
Def Leppard, Van Halen, Zac Brown Band, Aerosmith, Train, and Kid Rock.

“We couldn’t be more excited,” Craig Hargreaves said. “Being associated with the caliber of talent the Amphitheater draws and the opportunity to accelerate our philanthropic efforts to benefit worthy local non-profits is energizing and important to our future and the community we work and live in.”

Kathy added, “Our core objective is to attract top talent and provide a first rate, intimate venue that delivers the best show experience for our audience and performers. We’re expecting more incredible artists to make the Sunlight Supply Amphitheater their stop in 2016.”
